These Terms of Purchase govern all purchases made on this website operated by NEPTUNE PTA LLC.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. The Agreement
These Terms, along with the information provided at checkout and any additional policies on this website, constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
In case of conflict, the specific agreement between the parties shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Seller is referred to as “the Seller” and the customer as “the Buyer”.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their location.
4. Order Acceptance
An order becomes binding once it is submitted and confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
The Buyer agrees to provide valid and authorized payment information.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
6. Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs, logistics delays, or high demand.
7. Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the provided address.
The Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller via email.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
9. Returns & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
However, in the case of a size exchange, the Seller will cover the exchange process to ensure the Buyer receives the correct size.
A return address will be provided after approval of the return request.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
10. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged, the Buyer must contact the Seller within a reasonable time.
The Buyer may request a replacement or refund.
Proof (photos or videos) may be required.
11. Seller’s Rights
If the Buyer fails to comply with the terms, including payment obligations, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or take appropriate action.
12. Warranty
Any warranty provided does not limit the Buyer’s rights under applicable law.
13. Personal Data
The Seller collects and processes personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or delivery delays.
15. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
