How long does a shapewear garment last before I should replace it?

What does OEKO-TEX® certification mean?

OEKO-TEX® is an independent global certification that guarantees that textiles are tested for over 300 harmful chemicals. Our yarn from NILIT® is certified in Product Class I, which is the strictest level and approved for baby items.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been placed. If you cannot find it, please check your junk/spam folder.

How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by adding the desired items to the shopping cart, going to checkout and following the instructions for payment and delivery.

I have entered the wrong address, what do I do?

We will always do our best to help you if something goes wrong. Once the package has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address, but please contact us at support@snatched.store as soon as possible and we will see what options are available.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We start processing orders quickly, and we will always try to help you if you need changes or want to cancel. Once your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes. Please contact us at support@snatched.store and we will see what we can do.

Returns and exchanges

How long is the return period?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving the package. Remember that all labels must be intact and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

How long does it take to get a refund?

The refund will be made within 14 days after we have received the goods and verified that the conditions for the right of withdrawal have been met.

How do I return an item?

You can easily initiate a return or exchange via our self-service solution. To get started, you will need your order number (for example, 10044) and the email address you used when ordering. The order number can be found in your order confirmation. To initiate a return, clickHERE.

Can I change size/color?

Yes, you can exchange for another size or color free of charge, as long as the item is in stock and the original garment is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags intact.

Do you offer free returns?

When exchanging an item, we always cover the return shipping. If you want a refund, you pay the return shipping yourself.

Shipping and delivery

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Normal delivery time is 2-4 business days, depending on where in Norway you live.

How do I track my package?

After ordering, you will receive all the necessary information by email. You can then easily track your package via the Shopify app, the PostNord app or on PostNord's website.

Do you deliver to countries outside Norway?

Yes, we also deliver to Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Do I have to pay customs duties and fees?

No, at Snatched you don't pay any customs fees, additional VAT or hidden costs. The price you see is always the price you pay.

The tracking says the package has been delivered?

If you have not received the package at home, it has been delivered to your nearest pickup location ("Post in store"). You will normally receive an SMS or a pickup slip in your mailbox with information on how to pick it up.

Is the package shipped with tracking from a warehouse in Norway?

Of course. All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in Halden directly to you with PostNord. We ship all our packages with climate-neutral alternatives to save both the environment and you from unnecessary costs and burdens.
