Right of withdrawal and return
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cancellation period applies to all calendar days. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, holiday or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email to snatcheduk@proton.me before the deadline expires.
How to inspect the item
You have the right to examine the item to determine whether you wish to keep it. This includes opening the packaging to check the nature, characteristics and function of the item. The examination shall not exceed what would be permitted in a physical store. Any damage or reduction in value resulting from careless handling may result in a deduction from the refund.
Returns and exchanges
Exchange: We offer free exchanges if you want a different size or model.
Refund: When refunding, a return fee of 149 NOK will be charged, which covers our return costs.
If you choose to send the return yourself and do not use our return label, and the return shipping costs less than 149 NOK, the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example: If you pay 99 NOK in return shipping, the remaining 50 NOK will be deducted from the refund. If the return shipping exceeds 149 NOK, the excess amount will not be refunded.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with labels and any hygiene label intact. Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your right of withdrawal.
We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking (for example, PostNord). You are responsible for documenting that the item has been returned. We may withhold your refund until we have received the item, or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned.
Returns sent by cash on delivery are not accepted.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods where labels have been removed or the hygiene label has been broken. For hygienic reasons, this applies in particular to underwear and other garments that cannot be sold as new if the seal is not intact.
Value reduction
If the handling goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product's properties and function, and this results in a reduction in the product's value, we may demand compensation for the reduction in value.
Refund
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received the item and verified that the conditions for the right of withdrawal have been met.
