Right of withdrawal and return
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The withdrawal period includes all calendar days. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@snatched-store.com before the deadline expires.
Inspection of Items
You have the right to inspect the product to determine whether you wish to keep it.
This includes opening the packaging and checking the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.
The inspection must not go beyond what would normally be allowed in a physical store.
Any damage or reduction in value caused by excessive handling may result in a deduction from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges if you wish to receive a different size or model.
We will handle the exchange process to ensure you receive the correct item, subject to product availability.
Returns & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned:
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached
• With any hygiene seal intact
Returns must be shipped within 14 days after notifying us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
The customer is responsible for providing proof of return shipment.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until:
• The returned item has been received, or
• Proof of return has been provided
Returns sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Address
A return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
(Please note: Do not send items back without prior confirmation, as they may not be processed.)
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
• Tags have been removed
• The hygiene seal has been broken
For hygiene reasons, this applies especially to certain garments that cannot be resold once opened.
Reduction in Value
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, and its value has decreased, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after:
• The item has been received, and
• The return conditions have been verified
